How pricing works
- Hourly rates
- Community \u00a366/hr, Standard \u00a397/hr. 2-hour minimum per session. Duration is calculated from your start and finish times, rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Parallel streams
- Each simultaneous session (e.g. breakout rooms at a conference) is priced as its own time block at the same hourly rate.
- Multiple dates
- Repeat weekly or fortnightly, or set each date individually. Up to 24 dates per booking.
- Large audiences
- Up to 200 attendees included. 200\u2013400 adds \u00a355/date, 400\u2013600 adds \u00a3140/date. Over 600 needs a custom quote.
- Zoom Technical Operator
- Manages in-session Zoom technology only \u2014 not facilitation, chat moderation, or co-hosting unless agreed separately.
